LF experiences - Huzaifa (UK)

We have asked some of our most regular Language Friends to do an interview so we could share with you first hand feedback on the experience.

Here we have the interview with Huzaifa from United Kingdom. Got to know the project later than other Language Friends but became a regular in a matter of days! :)

1. Where do you come from?
- I come from just outside of London, England, near Heathrow Airport.
2. What are you studying?
- I'm studying Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Loughborough University, England. Currently on a one year UNITECH exchange programme at Chalmers Tekniska Högskola.
3. How did you hear about the project?
- I heard about the project through the International section of the magazine Spionen.
4. Do you feel that students appreciate your attendance?
- Yes, the students really appreciate me being there. It gives them motivation to speak in English in class with someone who is fluent and in my case, a native English speaker.
5. In your opinion, what is the best thing that the project has to offer?
- The project opens up a whole new world for those learning English and for us Language Friends who want to give something back to the community. It gives an opportunity for international students taking part as a Language Friend to meet others with similar interests.

Thank you so much Huzaifa!
